"I want to read a Siemens ppd 1.xx ( Audi A3 8P BMN) and KSuite say that the protocol not working with the Firmware, but I have fw4.036,anybody the same problem? what can i do ?I have use 2.06 , 2.11, 2.15, 2.25, 2.28, always the same error

This is question asked by one of users and i will give my suggestion,and hope it will be useful

1.Format your SD card and restore all.

2.If still cant work, then you need to update your KESS 4.036 Software to latest version : V2.32,if you cant find the download link,you can contact our customer service freely.

3.If the problem still cant be fixed, then i'm afraid,you have to replace your NXP and New SD Card.
